Spotless home with comfortable seating and an amazing fireplace. Aaron was very responsive with any questions we had. There were enough supplies to meet our needs and a great space to watch football.

This was our second stay at Aaron’s property. It is spacious and well maintained. The location is quiet and the garage access is a definite plus. Having bedrooms and bathrooms above and below the main level provides privacy. I highly recommend this property.

Was very cozy and comfortable. Felt like we were at home. Family really enjoyed it. Daughter had ACL surgery. Was great to have us all under one roof instead of a hotel.

We picked Aaron’s place as we were looking for a 2/2 and it was one of few in the area. The place was at the end of a cup de sac and it was a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The unit shares a wall but we never heard the neighbors. The split layout was unique, one bedroom upstairs has a king bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower. The downstairs had a small living space and the second bathroom. The full size washer and dryer made for packing clean clothes before we went home. The kitchen is small and has a small table for two that can be used or the counter and chairs offer a second option. He has a Keurig for coffee so if you don’t pick your own the HyVee grocery store is just around the corner. The few times we reached out for questions, through the app he was very prompt. If you don’t feel like cooking Flips pancakes is just a short drive away and we are their for breakfast our entire trip.

Nice place, very clean and at a dead end which is kinda private which is nice. If you have small kids, be sure to have baby gates as it is very open spaced with the stairs.
