MAX PET WEIGHT of 26lbs A $25 per day fee will be assessed for all pets over the MAX PET WEIGHT. This is an HOA set fine and MAX PET WEIGHT. Base pet fee of $25, then $25 for each subsequent week.

House Rules

1. You will need to keep the main building key with you when you leave the building during your stay. (Please leave key on table when you leave for the last time) 2. Leave the parking tag on the table next to the key when you leave for the last time – a $125 fee will be assessed if you leave with the tag. (the complex only provides 1 tag per unit) 3. Only 1 vehicle parking spot in the lot is provided. The parking tag provided must be hung from the rear-view mirror at all times when parked in the lot. 4. Any vehicle that does not have a parking pass and is parked in the lot is subject to being towed at the owners expense. Street parking is available for all other vehicles. 5. DO NOT throw anything off the Balcony 6. Smoking is not allowed within the unit 7. !! If smoking on the balcony, close the door and properly dispose of any cigarette butts. !! 8. DO NOT prop open the main building door. 9. No parking in front of the building door unless loading or unloading. 10. No pets on the furnture 11. No pets over 26lbs. This is an HOA rule. 10. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES 12. Guests are responsible for any fines associated with their stay, that are deemed to have been caused by the Guest. A $25 admin fee will be added to all fines 13. Service Animals and ESA animals are welcome, but if they exceed the HOA pet weight limits (see #11), the HOA will require documentation. Please notify host beforehand so that this can be resolved before the stay.

Spotless home with comfortable seating and an amazing fireplace. Aaron was very responsive with any questions we had. There were enough supplies to meet our needs and a great space to watch football.

Was very cozy and comfortable. Felt like we were at home. Family really enjoyed it. Daughter had ACL surgery. Was great to have us all under one roof instead of a hotel.
